 Born in Missoula, Montana,
Lilian Bier graduated Brandeis University in 1983, where she received high honors in History as well as the Thomas Campbell Award, graduating
Magna Cum Laude. While attending the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, she was a member of the Law Review as well
as an Associate Editor. Ms. Bier served as extern to Judge Otto Skopil of the 9th Circuit Court during law school and was admitted to the State
Bar in September of 1986. With more than 20 years of professional experience, she opened her own firm, Bier Family Law, LLC, in February of 2007.
